UROP Guidelines & Application Forms

Please note:

  • For interim awards, no stipends will be granted.
  • Please also note that for seniors, this is the final deadline (October 2, 2009) for application (fall or spring).
  • For UROP applications involving overseas travel during spring break the deadline date is February 12, 2010.
  • No Interim UROP applications for spring will be accepted after the start of spring break.
  • Summer UROP applications the deadline date is March 19, 2010 by 4:00 p.m.
  • No applications (Interim or Summer) will be accepted after March 19, 2010.

Common Application: New Process for Undergraduate Research Grant Proposals

Students who are planning to submit grant proposals to the Arts & Letters UROP and Learning Beyond the Classroom programs, Kellogg Institute, Nanovic Institute, CUSE, the Glynn Family Honors Program, and the College of Science, should now do so through a Common Application: https://urapply.nd.edu. You’ll need your login and password.
