ISLA Interim Awards
Limited interim awards are available throughout the academic year to both full-time teaching and research faculty and SPFs who encounter special financial needs or research opportunities. The purpose of an interim award is to assist in paying extraordinary expenses, and the Institute normally will not be able to cover the entire cost that you might face. So please mention in the application other types of funding available, where applicable, such as departmental travel budgets and research accounts. A written application to the director of the Institute is required. This must be submitted in hard copy to the ISLA office at 101 O'Shaugnessy. Include as much detail regarding the request as possible (estimated costs, timelines for project preparation, etc.). Please be sure to include all information requested under any of the following grant categories. Visiting and adjunct faculty are not eligible to apply for these awards.
