Rising Scholar Speaker Series
Building on Notre Dame’s commitment to diversity and mission, this program seeks to help academic units identify and support strong, up-and-coming minority, female, and Catholic scholars, by inviting them to present a lecture at Notre Dame.
Award: up to $1,500 to cover the costs of travel, meals, hotel, and honorarium.
Eligibility: Nominations should be made by Department Chairs, or Directors of Programs, Centers, or Institutes, in collaboration with interested faculty. Candidates can range in experience from ABD to three years post tenure, but if candidates are very junior or post tenure, a rationale for their inclusion must be provided.
