Research and Creative Work Support

These awards may be used during the summer of 2010 or the academic year 2010/11. Awards must be linked to research or creative projects. (Maximum of $4,000.00) Eligible expenses include: purchase of materials (books, manuscripts, microfilm, photocopies), photography, purchase of software not owned or licensed by the University, payment for human subjects, salary for student assistants, and editorial support. Applicants must supply an itemized budget and detailed justification for expenses to be incurred. ISLA does not pay a per diem, you must turn in original receipts. Note: This money cannot be used for the purchase of computers or related peripheral equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) or as a summer research stipend.
