Course Development Grants for the Study of the Business World
The Course Development Grant for the Study of the Business World provides materials grants, up to $3,500, to faculty members in the College of Arts and Letters who wish to design a course that integrates traditional liberal arts areas with the world of business. The idea behind this initiative is to expose Arts and Letters students, many of whom go into business after graduating, to the study of corporate life, functioning, and culture. Examples might include “Anthropological Study of the Corporate World,” “The Psychology of Leadership,” and “Asian Culture and the Business World,” to name a few.
Applications should follow the Guidelines for Course Development Proposals in the General Course Development category.
