NEH Fellowships
Two to four awards for postdoctoral scholars and professionals in the humanities. U.S. citizens or foreign nationals being U.S. residents for three years before application deadline. Applicants must hold their Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree.
Type: Residential Fellowship
Amount: $40,000 (max)
Maximum stipend of $20,000 for a five-month project, and for a ten-month project, $40,000.
Tenure: Five to 10 months
Deadline: December 1, 2009
